I'll have to make a note of this as a to-go cafe next time I am in the downtown area. Nice photo! It looks like a nice place to go to with a book to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea and one of their signature SUGAR BUN! I'll have to tell Brent about this as well :)

I bought the vanilla grapefruit perfume spray from the same Lavanilla line last fall at Sephora. I love the way it smells, soft but fresh, and I love that it's all natural. Synthetic perfumes give me a headache. And it's cool that you picked the same one!

Love this. I find the original (only the left side) much more powerful (and humorous) with the wise-guy addition (on the right side). This will make me think twice the next time I... well... panic and freak out.

Eg, on the night before our move, I called the moving company to confirm. Thank goodness because there was a glitch and we weren't scheduled for 9am as we'd expected. Yikes! And I was the one in charge of booking the mover. I discussed the situation with the fellow on the line, a true pro whose voice I recalled from our initial conversation by phone; within an hour he arranged for another company to move us. It was just as established a company and charged us the exact quoted rate. The move went smoothly. The owner asked me to call after the move to let him know if all went well.

I had a momentary heart attack when I discovered at 8pm that our move might be off (all the planning and existing chaos and time frame!) but tried to handle it calmly... And it worked!

Thanks Dhana, I'll keep the evening and morning yoga tips in mind. We have recently started eating hot oatmeal for breakfast; I think we will try to adding to it quinoia & millet.
